Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging Alinden Pest Control, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Agreement

By requesting our services, you enter into a service agreement with Alinden Pest Control. We agree to provide pest control services as described in your service quote or contract. All services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by trained and licensed technicians.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any property or individual for safety reasons, legal compliance, or at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior credit arrangements have been made.

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
  • Commercial accounts may be eligible for net-30 terms with approved credit
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges at 1.5% per month

3. Service Guarantees

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will return to re-treat at no additional cost. This guarantee:

  • Applies only to the specific pests covered in your treatment plan
  • Requires that all preparation instructions were followed
  • Does not cover new infestations or pests not included in the original treatment
  • Is void if the property condition changes significantly or if recommended follow-up treatments are declined

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure effective treatment, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about the pest problem and property conditions
  • Follow all preparation instructions provided before treatment
  • Remove or protect food, dishes, and pet items as instructed
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas for the specified time
  • Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions
  • Maintain the property to prevent future infestations

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before scheduled service: No charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 50% of service fee
  • No-shows or cancellations at the door: Full service fee

Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Liability Limitations

Alinden Pest Control maintains comprehensive liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to items not properly stored or protected
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to treatment products (when properly applied)
  • Damage caused by pests before or after treatment
  • Secondary infestations or pest-related damages
  • Consequential damages or lost profits

7. Safety and Environmental Compliance

All treatments are performed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. We use EPA-registered products and follow label instructions precisely. Customers must:

  • Follow all safety instructions provided
  • Not enter treated areas until safe re-entry time has passed
  • Contact poison control immediately if accidental ingestion occurs: 1-800-222-1222

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service marks, is the property of Alinden Pest Control and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your County], [Your State].

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
